As a school community we acknowledge the unique histories, cultures and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We work closely with our local Elders to set high expectations for learning and engagement, with a strong focus on being inclusive of all students and families.
Great schools are a shared responsibility, and at Yanderra Primary School, we are fortunate to have strong involvement from the community, parents, and families. I encourage parents and caregivers to be active in the life of the school. Our highly motivated and active P&C Association significantly benefits our students. Becoming involved in the P&C committee is an excellent way to support and encourage children’s learning and development. Additionally, our participation in the Wollondilly Network extends our community partnership, ensuring seamless transitions for our students.
